Each submission is reviewed against eight checkpoints. Automated flags appear instantly in your release page; a reviewer completes the rest.

| Audio | Lossless master present, no clipping, correct length |
| Metadata | Titles, versions, genres, language, copyright |
| Rights | Ownership certification, samples, cover-song licensing |
| Artist identity | Account matches the artist name; no impersonation |
| ISRC | Present or to be assigned; no duplicates |
| UPC | Present or to be assigned; valid format |
| Store compliance | Meets each store's content policies |
Outcomes
- Approved — moves to delivery
- Changes requested — fix the listed items and resubmit
- Rejected — the release cannot be distributed; the reason is shown on the release page
